Founded in 2018, MOBIKO is a green mobility start-up from Munich and market leader in the field of mobility budgets. Employees use the app to settle their mobility expenses, which are optimised and individually taxed with the help of the integrated tax algorithm. The existing offer is supplemented by the additional modules Germany Job Ticket incl. booking, the Green Mobility Card and a fuel card, thus creating a platform for the holistic management and billing of employee mobility.

Let’s be honest: How often do you release software and how much do you like it? In this talk, I’m going to share how we transformed our development process from half-year releases to multiple deployments per day. I’ll give an overview about the real world challenges we faced, the processes that turned out to be game changers for us and how the overhaul of delivery increased our productivity and product quality.
