Women on the railway

Sharing knowledge, encouraging, promoting, inspiring and getting to know each other - this is how some DB colleagues launched the "Women at Deutsche Bahn" network in 2014. The initiative has since grown into a network of several thousand female colleagues, which has received a great deal of internal and external feedback, encouragement and attention.
