Support us and realise your potential in existing customer sales in the Alps region.

With the support of the 4-person sales team in Austria and Switzerland, you present and represent the entire baramundi portfolio from IT to OT. You introduce new features and functionalities. You help to make our customers more successful through our customer success approach. You work together with the Event and Marketing departments. And give our products a face at events such as trade fairs or congresses: yours.

Support us and realise your potential in existing customer sales in the Alps region.

With the support of the 4-person sales team in Austria and Switzerland, you present and represent the entire baramundi portfolio from IT to OT. You introduce new features and functionalities. You help to make our customers more successful through our customer success approach. You work together with the Event and Marketing departments. And give our products a face at events such as trade fairs or congresses: yours.

What you can expect from us

  • TAKE SUCCESS INTO YOUR HAND You will further develop and sustainably expand the existing Customer Success Management at baramundi

  • GETTING BETTER TOGETHER You build, maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers, advise them and learn from their experiences

  • TECHNICAL GLOSSARY As a "Trusted Advisor" you advise admins competently and at eye level

  • MOVING MOUNTAINS You convince our customers in the Alps region and meet with them at face-to-face meetings, regular events or via video

  • BENEFITS You recognise needs, identify risks and respond with individual up- and cross-selling of additional modules and services

  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY You take overall responsibility for efficient portfolio marketing in cooperation with the central marketing and event departments

What you bring with you

  • University degree in computer science or comparable qualification 
    IT-orientated training with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Technical expertise in the field of information technology and IT infrastructure
  • Your analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills
    Strong presentation skills and enthusiasm for technical products
  • Your confident, friendly and "good-selling" demeanour
  • A high level of self-motivation for work on site or in the home office
  • Mobility, flexibility and a willingness to travel
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English (Italian or French also preferred)
