Your tasks include

Du bist für die Ausarbeitung der Vertriebs-, Personal- und Kostenpläne verantwortlich und arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Du überwachst die unterjährigen Umsatz- und Budgetentwicklungen und führst Business Reviews quartalsweise durch
Du stellst Plan- und Abweichungsanalysen bereit und erarbeitest deren Gegenmaßnahmen
Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung von unterschiedlichen Managementreports als Grundlage für Geschäftsentscheidungen zuständig und kommunizierst mit den Abteilungsleitern
Du unterstützt bei der Realisierung von weiteren operativen Funktionen im Controlling (z.B. Produkt-, Personalcontrolling)
Du managest Sonderprojekte und bist Ansprechpartner für Ad-Hoc-Anfragen

What you bring with you

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder ähnliche
Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Erste Erfahrung mit Business-Intelligence-Systemen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude an kollaborativer sowie abteilungsübergreifender Arbeit
Muttersprachniveau in Deutsch (C2) und fließend in Englisch (B2)
