Your tasks include

  • Die Annahme, Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und weiteren Anforderungen an die IT via Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail nach ITIL
  • Die Unterstützung der IT-Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) in Schulen und bei Geschäftskunden
  • Die Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Funktionalität aller IT-Anlagen und Software-Applikationen in Zusammenarbeit mit der 2nd Level Administration und den anderen IT-Teams
  • Das Deployment bzw. die Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzrechnern (Windows), Apple- & Android Devices
  • Das Management und die Wartung von über 100.000 iOS und Android Geräten remote
  • Die Dokumentation von Workarounds bzw. Lösungsansätzen in einer Wissensdatenbank

What you bring with you

  • Du hast eine IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung
  • Mit gängigen PC-Betriebssystemen wie Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS und Standardapplikationen im MS Windows-Umfeld kennst Du Dich bestens aus
  • Idealerweise besitzt du erste Erfahrungen in der Anwenderbetreuung, im Support sowie in der Remote-Unterstützung und hast bereits mit Ticketsystemen (vorzugsweise TANSS) gearbeitet
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig ebenso gut wie im Team und die Kommunikation am Telefon bereitet Dir Freude
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite
