Your tasks include

Conducting customer workshops on the requirements and performance description of the planned system environment and software solution
Use case-based requirements analysis with the customer
Development of a solution design within the scope of the technical possibilities and coordination with the software architect on the use of new functions along our standard platform
Implementation, go-live and support in the hypercare phase in collaboration with project management (cloud or hybrid)
Documentation and monitoring of the implemented solution through to production
Participation in the creation of test concepts and quality assurance in coordination with the customer
Support for service management in complex incidents
Carrying out train-the-trainer and application training courses at the customer's premises

What you bring with you

Successfully completed technical training in the IT environment or comparable qualification
Experience with deployment processes and real-time systems
Broad IT knowledge, ideally in the field of telecommunications (SIP, CTI, network, Microsoft, Windows Server, preferably cloud - preferably Azure - and container technologies)
Experience in presenting complex technical issues and conducting workshops
Communication skills and aplomb in demanding situations
Goal- and solution-orientated way of working, quick comprehension and great willingness to learn
Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and a good command of written and spoken English
Willingness to travel of approx. 10% per month
