Your tasks include

Betreuung und Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden im Umfeld von Microsoft 365 / Azure / Teams
Erarbeitung von Konzepten sowie Mitwirkung an Ausschreibungen und Angeboten
Entwicklung neuer Lösungen und Produkte für Kunden
Administration und Konfiguration in Kundenumgebungen, inkl. Troubleshooting und 3rd Level Support
Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
Vorbereitung, technische Unterstützung und Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops, Präsentationen, Live-Demos und Anwenderschulungen
Annahme und Qualifizierung technischer Kundenanforderungen

What you bring with you

Studium der Informatik oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Microsoft Cloud Lösungen (z.B. Microsoft Azure)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld sowie erste Kenntnisse im Bereich der Telefonie, VoIP und SIP (Innovaphone, Avaya)
Kenntnisse im Bereich Contact Center und Unified Communications von Vorteil
Aufgeschlossen und freundlich, mit hohem Maß an Empathie und gutem Gespür für Kundenanforderungen
Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Gute Auffassungsgabe für komplexe, technische Sachverhalte
Teamplayer mit partnerschaftlichem Handeln
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Reisebereitschaft von < 20%
