Competent help: As part of our service team, you will provide our customers with competent support at the contractually agreed times. Have you received error messages? You record them, create the documentation, ensure correct classification and reproduction.
Clever solutions: You do everything you can to ensure that customers go from "How is that supposed to work?" to "Ah, now I know!". You are not fazed by complex enquiries and always find the right answer, right through to the installation of the solution.
Continuous monitoring: When troubleshooting, you keep an eye on the entire process - right through to successful completion. This helps us to organise the service even better and more efficiently.
