Your tasks include

Erstellung, Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Software-Dokumentationen (z.B. Handbücher)
Erstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen projektspezifischen Dokumenten (z.B. Lösungsbeschreibungen oder Konfigurationskonzepte)
Konzeption von konsistenten Oberflächen und Terminologien bzw. Definition von Anforderungen für die Benutzung der Software im Rahmen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses
Selbstständige Erschließung, Strukturierung und verständliche Aufarbeitung von komplexen Themen
Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Regelungen und Hilfestellungen zur Dokumentation

What you bring with you

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute IT-Kenntnisse und einschlägige Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von komplexer Software und der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und QA-Teams
Kommunikationsstärke und partnerschaftlicher Teamplayer über mehrere Standorte hinweg
Ergebnisorientierung und Organisationsstärke
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Word, MS Visio und einfacher Bildbearbeitung
Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit DITA XML-Architektur und DITA-Open-Toolkit wünschenswert
